Syrup indicated to facilitate the elimination of excess mucus and phlegm, in colds and flus, for children from 2 to 12 years old.

It is a medicine in syrup form indicated to treat upper respiratory tract disorders, which involve the production and excessive secretion of mucus, associated with colds and flus.
Specially formulated for use in children from 2 to 12 years of age.
The recommended dosage varies according to the weight and age of the patient:
Children aged 2 to 5 years: administer 2.5 ml every 12 hours (twice a day).
Children from 6 to 12 years: take 5 ml every 12 hours (twice a day).
Do not use Mucosan paediatric:
In children under 2 years of age.
In case of hypersensitivity to any of the active substances and/or excipients listed in the composition of this medicine.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Caution in patients taking antibiotics such as amoxicline, cefuroxime, erythromycin and doxycycline.
Patients with gastroduodenal ulcer, asthma or respiratory insufficiency, consult your doctor.
Medical supervision in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency.
Mucosan Paediatric may cause side effects, as with all medicines. In particular, the following frequent adverse reactions have been observed: dysgeusia, pharyngeal hypoaesthesia, nausea and oral hypoaesthesia.
Each ml of Mucosan Paediatric contains 3 mg of Ambroxol Hydrochloride as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sucralose, Benzoic acid (E-210), Wild berry flavouring (contains propylene glycol), Vanilla flavouring (contains propylene glycol), Purified water.
For proper administration of the medicine, use the measuring cup and rinse after each use.
It is recommended to drink a glass of water after each dose and to drink plenty of water during the day to hydrate mucous membranes and thin mucus, improving the effectiveness of the medicine.
