Chinese balls

Chinese balls or Kegel balls are a device made up of one or two balls connected by a cord and containing smaller balls inside. When you move, these balls vibrate, causing the pelvic floor muscles to contract involuntarily. They have a therapeutic purpose, although they can also be used as a sex toy.
