Terms and conditions of shipment

Orders placed after 14:00 hours (Spanish time), will be considered next day in terms of shipping.
The delivery time is 4 to 10 days if we have stock in our facilities, otherwise delivery times may be affected. In addition, the delivery time may be longer in remote areas. For international shipments, the delivery time will be longer than usual.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor to the islands of Madeira and the Azores. If you need more information about shipping to other countries, please contact us through our contact form.
For orders including veterinary products, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Due to high volume during periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday or sales), supply problems on the part of the manufacturers, inclement weather, carrier incidents, specific technical or logistical incidents, the delivery time of orders may be affected. In the event that a product purchased is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you and make a modification to the order if necessary.
If we are unable to contact you, we will refund you the corresponding amount and ship the remainder of the order.
If you are absent, you have provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or the contact telephone number you have provided is not correct, and the carrier is unable to notify the delivery attempt or arrange a second delivery attempt on the same day or the next day, Farmaciasdirect will not be responsible for failure to meet the delivery time.
In the event that the customer does not accept the shipment and the carrier returns the package to us, the customer will be refunded the amount of the order, excluding shipping costs if any, and an additional amount will be deducted as compensation for the return handling by the transport agency (this does not, of course, include defective packages).
