The sale of parapharmacy products, with the exception of self-diagnostic tests, perfumery, and cosmetics on the Website, is associated with the entity Think Pharma Tank S.L. (hereinafter PARAPHARMACY) with VAT number B90391889 and the same registered office as the Pharmacy Office.

Likewise, the User is informed that the activity of selling medicines through this website has been notified to the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (Ministry of Health, Social Services, and Equality) and the Autonomous Community, whose website is www.distafarma.aemps.es, where they can access to consult any data or information as well as to the website of the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices with the URL www.aemps.gob.es/home.htm

These conditions are accessible through the Website for anyone interested in purchasing or purchasing any parapharmacy product or medicine from the Website.

Anyone who purchases parapharmacy products or medicines through the Website admits to having read these conditions and expresses their full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of them. Parts of the sale

The sale of parapharmacy products and medicines through the Website is carried out between the Pharmacy Office and/or the PARAPHARMACY and the person who acquires the medicine (buyer) who acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions from the moment of making the purchase.

People of legal age who are not incapacitated to carry out a purchase-sale may purchase parapharmacy products and medicines on the Website. Buyers must provide their identification data in the registration form when making the purchase.

Goods of the sale

Through the Website, the purchase of parapharmacy products, not considered as medicines, and industrially manufactured human medicines not subject to medical prescription is offered onerously through information society services to the public in accordance with Royal Decree 870/2013, not offering for purchase office preparations or medicines not authorized in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Parapharmacy product purchase procedures:

The procedure for purchasing parapharmacy products on the Website is carried out through the following steps:

1. Selection of parapharmacy products: The buyer must select the parapharmacy product/s they wish to purchase in the parapharmacy product section of the Website. Where information on parapharmacy products and their price is provided. Which will be included in your shopping basket/cart.

3. Buyer data: Once the purchase is confirmed both by the pharmacist and by the buyer, after personalized advice, the buyer completes their data in the form and the shipping address of the purchase.

Parapharmacy products are invoiced by Think Pharma Tank SL and medicines by Farmacia Campos Garrido CB. Each order equals 1 invoice of each type (parapharmacy and/or medicines). If you want a purchase to be invoiced to various companies or individuals, you must place different orders. In the shopping cart, the customer can indicate a billing address different from the shipping address. Only one billing address per order is allowed.

The buyer can check on the Website the purchases made and the status of their orders.

Error correction

Product availability

The selection of products offered on farmaciasdirect.es is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, with the available stock limits. Farmaciasdirect.es reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be confirmed or delivered to the customer within 10 days, or those destined for areas considered by the transport agency as dangerous or difficult to access. In the event of an order being canceled for any of the reasons stated, the full amount paid for the purchase will be refunded to the customer; however, no additional compensation rights will be generated in their favor.

Prices and taxes

The prices of parapharmacy products and medicines indicated on the Website are in Euros (€) and correspond to the unit price with VAT included unless expressly stated otherwise in the prices, and delivered to the address of your choice, but do not include shipping costs, which are specific for each order, and communicated by farmaciasdirect.es depending on the volume of the order and the delivery area. The amount of shipping costs will be added to the total invoice.

Regarding VAT, as a general rule, the applicable tax rate will be applied at the time of the transaction for the Spanish territory.

The prices displayed on farmaciasdirect.es are valid at the time of consultation by the customer or during the period indicated on farmaciasdirect.es, and may be reviewed and modified if conditions require it at any time. The invoiced prices are those in force at the time of placing the order, except for typographical error.

All products promoted by farmaciasdirect.es at a special price will be shown on the website with the following information: offer price, regular price, and end date of the offer or promotion. These offers will be available until the indicated date, subject to availability.

Shipments

Parapharmacy products and medicines purchased are sent through Seur, to the address provided by the buyer in the data collection form of the Website.

In the customer area, the invoice or proof of purchase made can be downloaded.

The customer authorizes the delivery of their order to the address indicated for this purpose, either to the customer himself or to another person who collects it at that address. If the customer wants the order to be delivered exclusively to him or to another authorized person, he must indicate it in the comments section of the order.

In case the shipment cannot be delivered due to an error in the address provided for delivery, the buyer will be contacted. The prices of medicines indicated on the Website include taxes. Purchase guarantee

For your peace of mind, all our shipments include All-Risk Insurance against losses, breakages, or anomalies that may affect them during transportation.

Very Important: When you receive the order, check that the package is not broken, stained, or open, in which case you should not accept it, and indicate the reason on the delivery note provided by the courier. In these cases, contact us to inform us; we will make a new shipment.

Our customers have the guarantee that all our products are ORIGINAL, as they are acquired directly from the laboratories that market them or through the cooperatives that serve the National Health System Pharmacy Network.

The reception of the products sent by our suppliers and the handling of these to prepare the shipments are done following a strict quality procedure; however, it could happen that some product was defective or arrived damaged, in which case, farmaciasdirect.es would replace said product at no cost to the customer. To do this, you must notify us within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt, on our contact page or through our email info@farmaciasdirect.com

In these cases, we would contact you to arrange the collection of the product. Once the product is received at our facilities and its condition evaluated, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. In the event that it is a customer error, transport costs (collection and delivery) would be borne by the customer.

All our products have a minimum guarantee of two years, or the one offered by the manufacturer if it is longer.

Return guarantee

On the other hand, if you are not satisfied with a received order, you have a period of 14 business days for its return as established in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from when the customer exercises the withdrawal.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons must not have been unsealed.

Glasses, panties, bras, mattresses, personalized pacifiers, girdles, orthopedics, etc. Infant milk, jars, diapers, and dietary supplements. Sealed products whose seal has been broken.

Any online pharmacy product must be returned in its original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article, in its unopened packaging.

Once the merchandise is received and it is verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if indicated.

Return of medicines

The pharmacy cannot accept returns of medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer, except for those medicines that have been supplied by mistake, do not correspond to the order, or have been damaged during transport. In all cases, the returned medicines will be destined for destruction, through the existing integrated waste management systems. The consumer user will have the right to the return of the medicine and the refund of the amount paid in the event that the delivery period exceeds 50% of the time established in the purchase due to causes not attributable to it.

Treatment of personal data

The personal data collected from the buyer during the purchase procedure and the sending of information to manage the purchase will be processed by Farmaciasdirect.es based on the Privacy Policy in which you must accept consent for data processing as indicated therein.

Language and applicable law

These purchase conditions are offered in Spanish, and information may be provided in other languages.

These Purchase Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other forum, to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile.
