Contraindications Do not use Cinfamucol Carbocisteine: In children under 12 years of age. In patients with hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients and/or excipients listed in the composition of this medicinal product. In diabetic patients. In patients with gastroduodenal ulcer, asthma or respiratory insufficiency, without prior consultation with their doctor. In patients with impaired thyroid function, without medical supervision.
