FRENADOL® Flu Decongestant, Oral Use, 16 capsules

It is a medicine that combines paracetamol, dextromethorphan, chlorphenamine and pseudoephedrine, which is used both as an antitussive and to relieve symptoms such as fever, congestion and runny nose.

It is a medicine used for cold and flu-like conditions.

Suitable for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.

Take 1 capsule every 6-8 hours and no more than 4 capsules a day.

Contraindications

• Do not use Frenadol Decongestant in adolescents and children under 12 years of age.

Side effects

• Like all medicines, Frenadol Decongestant may cause side effects:
• Frequent adverse reactions: nightmares, excitement, nervousness, dry mouth, throat and nose.
• Very frequent adverse reactions: sedation and drowsiness.

The active ingredients of Frenadol Decongestant are: paracetamol 500 mg, chlorphenamine 2 mg (as maleate), dextromethorphan 15 mg (as hydrobromide) and pseudoephedrine, 30 mg (as hydrochloride).

The other ingredients: pregelatinised maize starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, gelatin, erythrosine (E-127), quinoline yellow (E-104), titanium dioxide (E-171), iron oxide black (E-172).

Frenadol Decongestant comes in red and white capsule form.
