It is a medicine that is specially formulated for the relief of nasal congestion with excess mucus that is used by means of steam inhalations.
It comes in a 30 ml glass bottle.
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.
The instructions for use of this medicine are to heat water to boiling point, remove from heat and add half a capful of Sinus. Stir the mixture and inhale the resulting steam through the nose, covering the head and the container with a cloth or towel.
Keep a safe distance to avoid burns.
Can be used up to 3 times a day.
Do not use Sinus Inhalations in children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: a doctor should be consulted.
Do not use this medicine if you suffer from asthma, larynx spasms, epilepsy or febrile convulsions.
Sinus contains propylene glycol and fragrances containing allergens.
Like all medicines, Sinus Inhalations may cause side effects:
Frequent adverse reactions: allergic reactions, eye irritation, burns, shortness of breath in patients allergic to any component, nausea, vomiting....
The active ingredients of Sinus Inhalations are: 250 mg cineol (eucalyptol), 120 mg eucalyptus essential oil, 60 mg pine essential oil, 15 mg menthol, 10 mg peppermint essential oil and 1.2 mg camphor.
The other ingredients are: propylene glycol (see important information on some of the ingredients), bergamot essence, purified water, cinnamon essence, juniper essence, cuprosodium chlorophyllin A, polysorbate 80.
Sinus inhalations comes in a glass bottle with a light green solution with the aroma of eucalyptus, peppermint and pine, the fruit of its natural essences.
This medicine is for vapour use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes or other mucous membranes.
If there is no improvement after 3 days of use, consult a doctor.
