Pharmacist's opinion

In order to stop smoking you must be aware of the fact that you should not start smoking, otherwise the chances of failure are very high. It is important to chew the gum for a few seconds and place it between the gum and cheek so that the nicotine is absorbed through the mucous membranes and not swallowed as this reduces the effect.
