If you smoke 10 cigarettes

Combine: 5 cigarettes and 5 chewing gums.

10 pieces of gum

Cut down 1 gum every 5 days.

If you smoke 20 cigarettes

Combine: 10 cigarettes and 10 chewing gums.

20 gum

Cut down 1 gum every 3 days.

If you smoke 30 or more cigarettes

Combine 50% of cigarettes and maximum 24 pieces of gum.

Maximum 24 gum

Cut down 1 gum every 2/3 days.

  • Spray: It is convenient, quick and easy to apply in the mouth. It is used when you feel the urge to smoke. You can take it anywhere. It acts very quickly on the cravings to smoke.

PHASE 1 (weeks 1-6)

Apply 1 spray when the cravings appear, if they are not controlled, apply a second spray.

If 2 consecutive sprays are made, the other sprays should also be two sprays in a row.

PHASE 2 (weeks 7-9)

Reduce periodically until you reach the half of the spray rate.

PHASE 3 (weeks 10-12)

Reduce to 4 sprays per day during week 12.

Once you get to 2-4 sprays per day you should stop.

*Maximum dose: No more than 2 sprays in a row and 4 sprays per hour. No more than 64 sprays for 16 hours.

How to use:

  1. Press the black button down until it can be pressed slightly inwards.
  2. Hold the button down and slide it upwards until the top of the dispenser clicks into the open position.
  3. Before first use, charge the pump by pressing firmly on the top of the dispenser, pointing towards a tissue, until a fine spray appears. If the nicotine mouth spray is not used for a couple of days, you may need to repeat this operation.
  4. Press firmly on the top of the dispenser to release a spray into the mouth, without touching the lips. For best results, wait a few seconds before swallowing saliva. Do not inhale the spray; it should not come into contact with the throat.
  5. To close the dispenser, slide the button down until it can be pushed slightly inwards. Hold the button down and slide it down to close it.
  • Tablets: This lozenge is discreet as its format is not conspicuous.

Progressive use of smoking cessation tablets:
