CroniCare Tablets is a supplementary food based on hemp (Cannabis sativa), omega 3 and medium chain triglycerides (MCT). It is a source of key nutrients for the health of dogs and cats, ideal as a booster in cases of increased nutritional demand or in senior animals.

Composition per tablet (1.1 g):
Hemp powder: 560 mg, Mono- and diglycerides of behenic acid, Mineral substances, Medium chain triglycerides (E. guineensis), Hydrolysed chicken liver and heart, Fish oil powder, Magnesium stearate, Glucose syrup, Caseinate.
Crude protein 13.6%, Crude fibre 11.7%, Crude ash 21%, Crude fat 26.3%. Omega 3 fatty acids: EPA: 8.9 mg/comp; DHA: 6.25 mg/comp.
Administer CroniCare Tablets preferably with food. The tablet can be given whole, broken or even crushed, mixed with food.
Cats, dogs <5 kg: 1/4 tablet per day.
Dogs 5-10 kg: 1/2 tablet per day.
Dogs 11-20 kg: 1 tablet per day.
Dogs 21-30 kg: 1.5 tablet per day.
Dogs >30 kg: 2 tablets per day.
If possible, separate into two doses (morning and evening).
Depending on the needs of the dog or cat, the amount can be gradually increased by 2-4 times.
