Pranarom Clary Sage (5 ml) is an essential oil extracted from clary sage that has the ability to act as an oestrogen mimetic and aphrodisiac. It is a powerful antifungal, antispasmodic and neurotonic. It helps improve circulation and prevents heart disease.
Native to western Asia and southern and central Europe, this biennial herbaceous plant of the Lamiaceae family is widely cultivated in temperate countries as an ornamental plant but also to produce an essential oil used in the manufacture of liqueurs or perfumes. Sage was one of the saving plants of the Middle Ages. The Greeks, Romans and Arabs commonly used it as a tonic and in compresses against snake bites. Egyptian women were in the habit of drinking its juice to increase their fertility. "He who has sage in his garden has no need of a doctor" (Provençal saying).
Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 5 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 5 drops 200 mg.
