Dilute one drop of the essential synergy in 10 drops of a Pranarôm plant oil or a little neutral cleansing cream or gel. Before applying this synergy to the skin, warm it between your hands, bring them together to cover your nose and take a long, deep breath. This will allow you to benefit from its soothing properties.
