Roll-on for the relief of itchy skin associated with skin reactions of allergic origin.

It is a medicine formulated with dimethindene maleate, an active ingredient that belongs to the group of so-called antihistamines, and is used to relieve itching of the skin associated with skin reactions such as small skin rashes, urticaria, insect bites, small sunburns and small superficial burns.
It comes in an 8 ml roll-on format.
Suitable for use on adults and children from 2 years of age. In babies older than 1 month, it can be used under medical supervision.
Apply a small amount of the product to the affected area 2 to 4 times a day.
If it gets worse or does not improve after 7 days of treatment, consult your doctor.
Do not use Fenistil Emulsion:
In newborn and premature babies under 1 month of age.
If you are allergic to dimethindene maleate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding and have not previously consulted a doctor.
Like all medicines, Fenistil may cause side effects, although not everybody will experience them. Specifically, the following have been observed
Dryness of the skin.
Burning sensation of the skin.
Rash and itching.
The active substance in Fenistil Emulsion is dimethindene maleate. Each gram of emulsion contains 1 mg of dimethindene maleate. The other ingredients are: benzalkonium chloride, benzyl alcohol, butylated hydroxytoluene (E-321), edetate disodium, cococaprylate/caprate, liquid paraffin, ketomacrogol, carbomer, propylene glycol (E-1520), sodium hydroxide, purified water.
This medicinal product should not be used on large areas of skin, wounds or other mucous membranes.
Apply a thin layer of product to the affected skin and massage in.
Do not use occlusive dressings.
Avoid exposure of the treated area to the sun.
