Tablets for the treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age.

Benadon is a tablet medicine formulated with pyridoxine, also known as vitamin B6, which is involved in many metabolic processes. It is used to treat deficiencies of this vitamin, whether due to insufficient intake, an increased need, or a deficiency caused by medication.
Intended for use in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age who need to treat vitamin B6 deficiency.
Take half a tablet of Benadon daily, with a glass of water and without chewing. The dose may be increased to 1 tablet daily only on medical advice.
In general, treatment should not exceed 15 days, unless otherwise indicated by a doctor.
Do not use Benadon 300 mg tablets:
- In children under 14 years of age.
- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
- If you are allergic to pyridoxine or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
- If you suffer from renal or hepatic insufficiency.
- If you are being treated with levodopa, a medicine commonly used to treat Parkinson's disease.
Benadon may cause side effects, as with all medicines, but this does not mean that everyone will experience side effects. Specifically, the following have been observed
- Adverse skin reactions, such as increased photosensitivity, itching, redness, blisters, vesicles, rash, urticaria.
- Gastrointestinal complaints such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite.
- Paraesthesia, gait disturbance, reduced sensation, numbness of the extremities (feet and hands).
- Lethargy, drowsiness, insomnia.
- In very rare cases, pimples with pus may appear on the face and neck, as well as rosacea.

Dependence and withdrawal syndromes may occur if this medicine is taken for more than 30 days in a row.
Taking this medicine in very high doses may affect memory.
Each tablet of Benadon contains 300 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: talc, magnesium stearate (vegetable), povidone K-90, macrogol 6000, methacrylic acid copolymer (1:1), sodium carboxymethylcellulose and purified water.
Benadon tablets are a medicine formulated with vitamin b6 to supplement deficiency states in adults over the age of fourteen.
As they are granulated, they are easy to break, so half a tablet can be taken. Excessive alcohol consumption is not recommended as it may reduce the absorption of this vitamin.
