Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that forms part of the cell membranes of the human body and plays a key role in the functioning of brain cells. More than 50% of brain tissue is made up of lipids. Phosphatidylserine is involved in vital functions such as the transmission of brain stimuli.
In addition, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B7, B9 and C contribute to normal psychological functions such as attention, perception, memory, thinking, language and learning.
Sandoz Bienestar Memoria also contains minerals, such as Zinc and Iron, which contribute to normal cognitive function.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule of Sandoz Bienestar Memoria per day with a glass of water.
