It is a medicine in the form of ear drops with an antiseptic and slightly analgesic action that soothes and dissolves earwax for painless removal.
It is formulated with the following active ingredients: turpentine essence, chlorobutanol, benzocaine, phenol and castor oil, which act as cerumen (earwax) solvents or as antiseptics (antimicrobial) or to relieve itching.
Otocerum ear drops are intended for use in adults and children over 2 years of age.
Apply 2 or 3 drops of Otocerum in the affected ear, tilting the head to one side and holding it in that position for about 30 seconds for better penetration of the product. Use both in the morning and at night, then plug the ear with cotton wool.

Otocerum drops is a so-called earwax remover, thanks to its formulation with turpentine and benzocaine. It also has an antiseptic and slightly analgesic action and can be used in people over 2 years of age.
Its dosage is very simple. It is used two or three drops every twelve hours, adding them with the head cocked to one side. To allow the product to act, it is recommended to use cotton wool to prevent the product from leaving the ear canal, where it should remain for at least 30 seconds.
