It is a multivitamin compound that promotes good health for the mother during her breastfeeding period. It provides the nutrients that both she and her baby need.

The ingredients of its formula generate important benefits for both:

• Calcium: During breastfeeding, the mother loses a lot of calcium which she transfers to the baby. Therefore, it is important that she gets it from all sources to meet the needs of both.
• Iodine: Iodine is necessary for the proper development of the infant's brain. For this reason, the mother must have the necessary levels of iodine in her body. She will pass this component to the child through breast milk.
• Folic acid (vitamin B9): Contributes to the correct psychological function of the infant and to reducing the mother's fatigue.
• Iron: Helps with the formation of haemoglobin, which is necessary for the mother's recovery after childbirth.
• Vitamin A: Strengthens the infant's immune system and contributes to healthy bone growth.
• Vitamin D: It also promotes the growth of the skeletal system and helps prevent fractures and nutritional rickets.
• Omega-3 fatty acids: The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA in breastmilk support the baby's neurological and visual development. The mother should fortify them in the milk she produces.

Natalben Breastfeeding is indicated for women who are breastfeeding and need to cover their nutritional needs and those of their baby through breast milk.

Take two capsules a day with a glass of water. It is recommended to start taking the product from the beginning of breastfeeding.

Do not use Natalben Lactation:

• In case of hypersensitivity to fish, as it contains omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), ingredients obtained from fish.
• After expiry of the expiry date, which is printed on the box containing the tablets.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
