2. WHAT IS RESISTAID®?

Resistaid® is a patented soluble fibre that contributes to improving our immune system and the health of our intestinal flora through a triple effect:

1. It contributes to strengthening our innate immune system, defences we are already born with: it stimulates the response of various beneficial immune cells, such as macrophage proliferation, increased white blood cells, enhanced natural killer NK cells and increased cytokines.

2. Helps to enhance our adaptive immune system, which we develop as we age. In other words, it boosts the response of our defences to an antigen and helps to increase pathogen-specific T-cells.

3. Finally, it has a prebiotic effect thanks to the presence of arabinogalactans, which are highly branched polysaccharides containing bioactive bioflavonoids (polyphenols), giving them a high antioxidant capacity.
