Its formula is enriched with L-Leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.), L-Glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) and hydrolysed collagen.
It is also a source of vitamins A, D, E, C and B group. Its vitamin C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 content helps to reduce fatigue and vitamin C, E and B2 contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
All this makes it possible to obtain a shake with a high protein concentration, gluten-free, low in lactose and easily assimilated fats; providing 25 g of high biological value protein per serving and between 9.69 and 10.29 grams of essential amino acids depending on the flavour.
Due to its proportion of carbohydrates, proteins and other nutrients present in its formulation, it is recommended for recovery after high-intensity sports activities lasting 1 hour.
