Dulcosoft Syrup 20 ml

Dulcosoft Syrup in 20 ml presentation is a treatment that has been exclusively developed to help the digestive system to evacuate in a better way in cases of constipation and hard stools. It is an oral solution product, which is formulated to provide gradual relief by delaying intestinal absorption of water and increasing the amount of water in the colon.

In the colon, hard stools that fail to pass are softened and increase in volume. This process results in an increase in intestinal motility and facilitates the passage of stool, thus promoting a natural feeling of relief. Dulcosoft syrup also contains the active ingredient Macrogol 4000, which is an osmotic laxative with a high water-holding capacity and helps dissolve constipation by drawing water into the intestine, facilitating its passage through the intestinal tract and subsequent expulsion.

It is a liquid laxative that has no taste or smell, making it perfect for mixing with any hot or cold drink without altering its taste.

Dulcosoft Syrup 20 ml is a product that is especially suitable for adults and children over two years of age who need an effective treatment for constipation and lazy bowel. It is suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, diabetics, coeliacs and hypertensive patients.

Farmaciasdirect recommends taking directly from the container, or mixing the product with a drink such as water, coffee, tea or juice.

It should be taken as follows:

• Adults and children aged 8 years: 20 to 40 ml per day, preferably in the morning.
• Children aged 4 to 7 years: 16 to 32 ml per day, preferably in the morning.
• Children 2 to 3 years old: 8 to 16 ml per day, preferably in the morning.

Do not expose this product to direct sources of heat and sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place. For children under 8 years of age and pregnant women, use under medical supervision. Do not use this product in the following cases: severe inflammatory bowel disease, suspected intestinal obstruction, digestive perforation or in painful abdominal syndromes of unknown cause. If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use.

Potassium sorbate (preservative), Macrogol 400, Citric Acid and Purified Water.
