Papaya is an exotic fruit with a low calorie intake and rich in vitamins A, B1, B3, B6, C, pectins, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, chymopapain and papain. The production process starts with the organic cultivation of papayas in Sri Lanka (South Asia).
