Something that is very common in infants is the production of mucus. This is not directly related to a respiratory tract condition in many cases. On the contrary, they produce mucus to keep the nose moisturised. However, sometimes they produce more than necessary, and this makes them unable to breathe properly. It should only be used in the nostrils, never in the mouth. Use a different accessory for each child.
