Chronobiane LP 1.9 mg is a medical device from the PiLeJe laboratory. It helps to alleviate the symptoms associated with fragmented sleep disorder, also known as nocturnal awakenings.

The food supplement has been developed on the basis of time-released melatonin. This component has a beneficial effect by helping to minimise the time required to fall asleep.

The product is very useful in case of jet lag. Generally, this inconvenience is experienced by people travelling to destinations where the time of day is very different from their usual time.

This food supplement, like the others, should not be considered a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet. It is advisable to follow a healthy diet and lifestyle during treatment.

Chronobiane is indicated for people who have sleeping difficulties or sleep phase delays. There are many causes of this disorder, which is why it is advisable to have an individualised medical check-up to confirm the intake of the product.

The daily dose varies according to the desired effect. To shorten the time of drowsiness, 1 mg of melatonin should be taken one hour before bedtime.

For jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg before bedtime. This should be done on the first day of the trip and on subsequent days.

The indicated time should not be exceeded. To prolong this treatment for several months, the guidance and authorisation of a health specialist is required.

Chronobiane tablets should not be taken by children and adolescents without a medical indication.

The product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It should not be administered to people with inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, epileptics or asthmatics.
