What is Cinfatós Complex and what is it used for?

CinfatósComplex is a cough medicine made up of a combination of paracetamol, dextromethorphan and pseudoephedrine:

• Paracetamol is effective in reducing pain and fever.
• Dextromethorphan has antitussive action (inhibits cough reflex).
• Pseudoephedrine is effective in reducing nasal congestion.

Its use is indicated for the symptomatic relief of influenza and common cold processes with mild to moderate pain, fever, unproductive cough (irritative cough, nervous cough) and nasal congestion.

Who it is intended for

Suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.

How to use

Shake the bottle wellbefore use. Measure the amount of medicine to be taken with the measuring cup supplied with the bottle. After use, wash the measuring cup. If the medicine is taken in the evening, it should be taken a few hours before bedtime to reduce the possibility of insomnia in patients with sleeping difficulties.

The recommended dosage is 1 measure of 10 ml every 6-8 hours (3-4 times a day). Do not take more than 3 g of paracetamol every 24 hours.
