Inulin increases the population of beneficial bacteria (Bifidobacteria) in the intestine, which inhibit gas-producing bacteria, reducing the formation of new gas.
When symptoms appear: 1 tablet after each meal and before bedtime.
Tablets should be chewed thoroughly before swallowing.
