How to use:

Before the test: it is recommended to reduce fluid intake at least 2 hours before urine collection to avoid dilution of the LH hormone.

Test performance:
- Open the sealed bag at the time of use and remove the test.
- Hold the device in one hand and remove the cap to expose the absorbent tip.
- Place the absorbent tip under the urine stream for at least 10 seconds, ensuring that it is completely wet. Do not urinate above the arrow mark.
- Alternatively, collect urine in a clean container and immerse the absorbent tip for at least 3 seconds.

Interpretation of the result:
- Replace the cap and wait for the appearance of the coloured lines.
- Read the result within 5 minutes. Do not interpret the results after this time.
