The Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test – 1 Unit – All Test is designed to provide a qualitative diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 antigens via a chromatographic immunoassay, using a sample of oral fluid. This test can be carried out at home without the need for specialist medical staff. Antigen detection is specific to a sample taken during the acute phase of the infection. This test has a result accuracy of 98.2%.

What does the kit include?

Sample measurement device, sample collection device (funnel, tube and tube tip), buffer and biosafety bag.

Instructions for use

1- Remove the funnel and the plastic tube; place the funnel into the tube. Cough deeply 3 to 5 times. Gently spit the oral fluid into the funnel.

2- Open the buffer by tearing off the top of the packet and add the entire contents of the buffer to the tube containing the oral fluid.

3- Place the test cassette on a flat, level surface. Invert the tube and add 2 drops of the mixed solution to well (S) of the test device, then start the timer.

4- Read the result after 15 minutes.

Reading the Result

POSITIVE: Two coloured lines appear. One coloured line must be in the control region (C) and another coloured line must be in the test region (T).

NEGATIVE: A coloured line appears in the control region (C). No coloured line appears in the test region (T). It is unlikely that you have COVID-19.

INVALID: The control line (C) does not appear.
