Place the ankle brace under the foot and place the heel in the spacing assigned for this purpose. Adjust the upper strap to the ankle with the blue velcro. Cross over the red band, tighten and close the Velcro. Cross over the newly adjusted band the strap marked with the letter C and fasten the Velcro. The straps should be crossed over in a similar way to number 8.
It is recommended to keep Velcro fasteners clean in order to maintain their safety features. Periodically remove any lint, thread or other materials that may have become impregnated in the Velcro fastener. Do not use the orthosis when taking a bath or shower.
