PRIM Comforsil total carbon insoles are made of delicate and flexible materials that provide comfort during use. They contain a significant amount of natural charcoal that absorbs sweat and helps neutralise unpleasant odours.

They are made with three layers of soft, malleable materials that adapt to the shape of each foot and can be cut to fit shoe size from size 35 to 45. Their components are hypoallergenic and non-toxic. In addition, they have no seams that may cause irritation and discomfort during use. They adapt easily to the shape of the foot and favour adequate cushioning and recovery in load points and pressure areas.

The carbon used in their manufacture is a mineral composed of oxygen, carbon, hydrogen and ash from amorphous carbon. It is usually made from a combination of almond bark, charcoal and coconut shells. Other organic matter with a high carbon content is also used.

These inputs are subjected to a thermal activation process in order to increase their porosity and absorption capacity. This means that a protective layer is created that keeps the toxic particles around the surface instead of drawing them in. To complete this process, the charcoal obtains a reticular structure that allows it to effectively absorb dust, grease and toxins released by perspiration.

In addition to its odour-reducing properties, the breathable structure of these insoles offers greater comfort during the warmer months by keeping feet dry and cool.

• Remove the insoles from the packaging
• Cut them to the appropriate size for your shoe size using a pair of scissors.
• Place them directly into the shoe.
• Wash carefully using soap and water.
