CroniCare is a nutritional supplement formulated with hemp(Cannabis sativa), omega 3 fatty acids and medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). Its combination of essential nutrients contributes to the well-being of dogs and cats, being especially useful in cases of increased nutritional demand or for older animals.

Composition per tablet (1.1 g):
  • Hemp powder: 560 mg
  • Medium Chain Triglycerides (E. guineensis)
  • Fish oil powder
  • Mono- and diglycerides of behenic acid
  • Excipients q.s.c.

Each tablet provides:

  • Omega 3: 8.9 mg EPA and 6.25 mg DHA.

Instructions for use


CroniCare Tablets are recommended to be taken with food.

Minimum recommended dose:

  • Cats and dogs <5 kg: ¼ tablet per day.
  • Dogs 5-10 kg: ½ tablet per day.
  • Dogs 11-20 kg: 1 tablet per day.
  • Dogs 21-30 kg: 1.5 tablets per day.
  • Dogs >30 kg: 2 tablets per day.

If possible, divide the dose into two doses (morning and evening). The amount can be adjusted according to the needs of the animal.
