Pranarom Micro-Algae Spirulina Bio 150 tablets is made from Spirulina platensis, a protein-rich algae that helps to complement a balanced diet. Its nutrients contain a high concentration of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties useful for the body's development.
Seen under a microscope, spirulina appears in the form of spirally coiled filaments, hence its name. This algae is exceptionally rich in protein (60-70% of its dry weight). Spirulina is particularly rich in B vitamins, beta-carotene and essential trace elements such as iron, selenium and mineral salts. It is also a fabulous source of alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3).
