Pranarôm Atlas cedarwood essential oil is obtained by distilling the wood of the Cedrus atlantica plant. It contains aromatic molecules extracted from its chemical compounds. It is used for purifying and slimming cures. It helps the circulatory system to function properly.

The Atlas cedar is native to North Africa. In the distant past, it inhabited Europe in its natural state. It is very resistant to cold and is more upright and slender than the cedar of Lebanon. Its needles are bluish, its branches are ascending and shorter than those of other cedars; its bark is light grey and cracks with age; its cones are 6 cm long, with a small hollow in the centre.
For massage, a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil for local application.
