EXTERNAL USE: "Aromaself Aloe vera+ Gel can be used on its own or as a base to create personalised synergies with essential oils and/or plant oils: Pour a knob of aloe vera gel into the palm of the hand (= 1 squeeze of the dispenser). Add a maximum of 4 drops of essential or plant oils to the gel and mix for a few seconds. Apply locally and massage until completely absorbed.
