Ingredients: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium oxide, dry extract of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), granulated L-tryptophan, stabilisers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), niacin (nicotinamide),
anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use

How to take
Take 1 whole tablet a day 30 minutes before going to bed.
If travelling: Take 1 whole tablet on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at your destination.
