The first layer, which is released quickly, contains Melatonin 1.95 mg to help decrease the time it takes to fall asleep* along with piperine (from black pepper), Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for a synergistic action. 2. Maintaining sleep: The second layer, released during the night, contains Griffonia (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin which synthesises melatonin in the body.
