Aquilea Sueño Forte is presented in an innovative three-layer tablet where the ingredients are released as they are needed. . Conciliate Sleep:
1. The first layer, which is released quickly, contains Melatonin 1.95 mg to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* along with piperine (from black pepper), Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for a synergistic action.
2. Maintaining sleep: The second layer, released during the night, contains Griffonia (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin which synthesises melatonin in the body. It also contains Passionflower and California Poppy to maintain quality sleep.
Restful sleep: The third layer, with Valerian and Melissa, is released in a sustained way and contributes to relaxation for a restful sleep.
