How to Remove Make-Up in 3 Simple Steps

Remove make-up before sleeping: goodbye laziness!

These festive days you are succeeding with your dinners, meet-ups and all kinds of parties, but are you caring for your skin properly when it comes to removing make-up? We know that after Christmas dinners, removing make-up feels horribly lazy. But we cannot fall into that! Not removing make-up damages our skin a lot, as it causes spots, redness... However hard it may be, it is a task we must do without fail if we want healthy, beautiful skin, even more so on these days when our schedule is packed with events. We are going to tell you how to remove make-up in 3 quick steps so you can rest with a clear conscience.

How to remove make-up in 3 steps

  1. Remove make-up. First, start by removing eye make-up. Take micellar water and cotton wool and press gently. Wait about 20-30 seconds and remove the cotton pad. Then repeat the process as many times as needed so that the next day you do not wake up looking like a panda. You can also use a cotton bud to remove eyeliner and mascara. When your eyes are properly clean, take another cotton pad and start cleansing the face. Finish with the lips.
  2. Cleanse. Once you have removed all make-up from the face, it is time to cleanse it with your usual cleansing soap. You will help remove any possible make-up residue and leave your skin fresh, clean and soft. Also apply a little toner to balance your skin’s pH.
  3. Hydrate. Finally and fundamentally, do not go to sleep without hydrating your face to help you wake up tomorrow as if nothing had happened, ready for the next celebration.
