Verrupatch 3.75mg, 20 Patches 6 mm

It is a topical medicine whose active ingredient is salicylic acid. It is indicated for the removal of vulgar warts and plantar warts.

It contains 20 impregnated patches.

It is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age, in minors it must be supervised by adults. It can be used without problems during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Verrupatch patches are applied once a day, before going to bed.

For proper administration: Prepare the wart, cleaning it with the file of dead tissue produced by previous applications. Moisten the surface to be treated with warm water using a cotton-tipped stick or similar. Separate a disc of Verrupatch from the plastic strip, trim it if necessary so that it only covers the wart and does not touch the surrounding tissue, and apply it so that the gel is in direct contact with the wart, while the blue plastic film covers it externally. Fix it in position with the adhesive strip provided. Leave the disc on overnight and remove it in the morning, repeating this process daily until the wart is eliminated, for a maximum of 12 weeks.

There is usually a noticeable improvement during the first few days of treatment, and complete resolution can be expected after a period of 3 to 6 weeks of treatment.

• Do not use Verrupatch on moles, birthmarks, warts with hair, genital warts, warts on the face or mucous membranes.

• Do not use this product on irritated or injured skin or on any area that is infected or reddened.

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to salicylates or any of its components.

• Do not ingest. This product is for topical use only.

Verrupatch may cause side effects, as with all medicines. In this case, it has been observed that local irritation may occur if the patches come into contact with the normal skin surrounding the wart. Therefore, special care should be taken to ensure that the patch is properly trimmed so that it only comes into contact with the wart tissue.

Each 6 mm Verrupatch patch contains 3.75 mg salicylic acid.

The salicylic acid patches are placed on polyester strips and individually covered with high-density polyethylene discs of the same size. The patches are enclosed in a laminated aluminium complex sachet. Each sales unit, in a cardboard box, contains 20 patches, as many protective adhesive strips and a file.
