INFO AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Normovital Lactase is a food supplement specially formulated for people who cannot eat foods containing lactose because they cause them stomach pain or discomfort. Regular consumption provides the enzyme lactase, which breaks down lactose into glucose and galactose. Both are two essential nutrients that provide the body with a lot of energy.

A large majority of foods consumed daily for nutrition or pleasure contain the protein lactose. As some organisms are not able to process it in the intestine, the protein finds its way to the colon and causes some fluids and gases to be generated. These cause the most common ailments of intolerance. The capsules of this supplement are taken before meals of lactose-containing foods. The capsules are quickly released into the body so you can prevent indigestion and other discomforts.

The silicon dioxide used in this product is intended to help the body accept the lactase enzyme more readily. Silicon dioxide is most commonly used as an excipient to bulk up the capsule. Magnesium stearate is used as an anti-caking agent. This means that the supplement does not absorb water and its nutritional properties are not easily altered.
