Infisport Complex 4:1 Recovery is a dietary supplement that combines high glycaemic carbohydrates with hydrolysed protein, vitamins and minerals. It has been created to be consumed after intense and long-lasting exercise. It contains no added sugars. Protein helps maintain and increase muscle mass, as well as supporting bone maintenance. Supports recovery after exercise and sport. Magnesium, vitamin C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Copper, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin E and B12 help protect cells from oxidative damage from free radicals. It is gluten-free and low in lactose.
It is suitable for athletes who do intense exercise and long-term sports or for those who wish to increase their energy and muscle mass.
As a supplement, it is recommended to be taken twice a day at breakfast and at snack time. Dissolve three scoops in 200 ml of water. If taken during long-duration exercise, dissolve 4 or 6 scoops in 300 ml of water. It is advisable to alternate with small sips of water. For recovery, it is recommended to dissolve 4 to 6 scoops in 300 ml of water and take within 30 minutes after exercise.
