100%Natura Mentalconfort is a food complex formulated with a unique combination of IP6 and myoinositol (IP6 Gold®). This formula includes active forms of vitamins B5, B6, B9, B12 and D3, zinc and L-methionine, standardised and patented extracts of saffron stigmas (Affron®) and phytosomed turmeric (Merisen®). The richness of this composition optimises the speed with which these ingredients reach the bloodstream and the extent to which they apply their active ingredients in the body.
The standardised extract of saffron stigmas has an impact on mood and improves symptoms of anxiety and depression. The unique IP6 Gold® formula is rich in inositol, vitamin B2, zinc and selenium which support and stimulate the functioning of the immune system. Patented turmeric extract (Meriserin®) supports better absorption of all nutrients.
Vitamins B6 and B12 support the normal functioning of the nervous system, while vitamin B5 is essential for the assimilation of certain neurotransmitters. Vitamins B6, B9, B12 are involved in normal psychological performance, and zinc assists cognitive functions.

One capsule contains: IP6 Gold® (320 mg of IP6: inositol hexaphosphate 250 mg and myo-inositol 70 mg), Meriserin® turmeric phytosome (125 mg: curcuminoids 25 mg and phosphatidylserine 100 mg), saffron (affron®) stigmas extract (28 mg: standardised to lepticrosalides® 1mg). Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid 9 mg), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate3 mg), vitamin B9 (calcium L-methylfolate 100 μg), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin 10 μg), vitamin D (cholecalciferol 15 μg), zinc (zinc mono-L-methionine 4 mg).
