How to get rid of stretch marks

Nuts: almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts contain omega 3, which helps protect against the formation of stretch marks on the skin by nourishing it from within. Pulses: lentils, chickpeas and beans.

These contain zinc, an element that supports skin healing and, in this case, the healing of stretch marks.

Zinc can also be found in other foods such as red meat, eggs and shellfish.
