The WP-490 Waterpik Plus Cordless Irrigator is a self-contained irrigator that reduces the level of subgingival pathogens that cause oral infections and inflammations responsible for attachment and bone loss.

Mouthpieces included: standard, orthodontic, inaccessible plaque, tongue cleaner.
Ergonomic and modern design makes it easy to use. Its narrower handle improves the grip and allows you to control the pressure thanks to its two positions which, together with the rotating head, makes the experience of obtaining a fresher and cleaner mouth complete. The tank can be easily refilled with water or mouthwash. The tank has a capacity of 210 ml.
Thanks to the direct application of a pulsating stream of water or other solution such as mouthwash, the Waterpik® WP-490 Irrigator helps to:
Reduce the level of subgingival pathogens that cause oral infections and inflammation.
Eliminate 99.9% of oral biofilm (bacterial plaque) from areas where other devices cannot reach and in just 3 seconds.
Reduce bleeding and improve gum health in 14 days.
Provide intense cleaning of crowns, implants and both fixed and removable orthodontic appliances, while facilitating access to periodontal pockets and other hard-to-reach areas.
Provide a pleasant sensation of hygiene and freshness.
The Waterpik Wireless Plus Irrigator WP-490 is indicated for all types of people who want to obtain a deep cleaning, as it manages to reach where other cleaning devices cannot. It is also particularly suitable for orthodontic, implant or crown wearers, as well as people with specific needs such as diabetics or people with periodontal disease.
Use the Waterpik oral irrigator after brushing, especially at night.
Follow the instructions below:
- Fill the reservoir with warm water and place it firmly on the base.
- Choose the mouthpiece you need and place it on the handle.
- Start with the lowest pressure setting, lean over the sink and place the nozzle in the mouth.
- Turn on the appliance. Close your lips slightly to avoid splashing, but let the water flow from your mouth into the sink.
- Direct the jet at a 90-degree angle towards your gums. You should adjust the pressure according to your needs.
