Waterpik Oral Irrigator WP02 Blue

The Waterpik Oral Irrigator is an accessory that uses pressurised water to effectively and easily remove bacterial plaque from teeth and gums. It is a battery-operated device that provides the following benefits:

• Its 150 ml container is sufficient to access all corners of the mouth without having to refill it. It is designed for a cleaning time of 35 seconds.
• It is 99.9% effective in removing bacterial plaque. This is possible because the pressurised water reaches more places than other cleaning devices. Its operation is similar to that of the irrigators used in dentistry.
• In healthy gums, it only prevents the swelling that causes bleeding. It is recommended for people with mild gingivitis, as it does not produce a strong friction that inflames the gums. However, it is able to remove plaque.
• Easily cleans dental crowns, implants and orthodontic appliances. Easily accesses periodontal pockets.
• Cleaning with this device leaves a fresh and hygienic sensation, being very similar to toothpaste and rinse, but without menthol.

This product can be used by anyone who wishes to complete their dental hygiene routine.

For a correct use of this equipment the following step by step should be carried out:

1. Place the batteries in the indicated space.
2. Fill the water tank by removing it from the handle so as not to get it wet. This is done by pressing a button so that it comes out easily.
3. Replace the tank and check that it is correctly fitted.
4. Select a nozzle and fit it on the handle.
5. Tilt the head in the direction of the sink, bring the device to the mouth and open it.
6. Start from the lightest pressure and gradually increase it.
7. Stroke along the entire gum line, pausing briefly in the interdental spaces. This should be done at 90 degrees to the gums.
8. Refill the water tank if necessary, turning it off first and then removing it.
9. The attachment should be stored with the tank completely empty and the mouthpiece removed.
