Directions for use The recommended dosage varies according to the age of the patient: Adults and children 12 years and over: 15 ml every 8 hours (3 times a day). Children 6-12 years: 5 ml every 8 hours (3 times a day). Children 2-5 years: 2.5 ml 2-4 times a day. Contraindications Do not use Viscoteine Oral Solution: In children under 2 years of age. In patients with allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients or components listed in the composition of this medicinal product. In diabetic patients. In patients with gastroduodenal ulcer, asthma or respiratory insufficiency, without prior consultation with their doctor. In patients with impaired thyroid function, without medical supervision. If pregnant. Side effects Viscoteine Oral Solution may cause side effects, as is the case with all medicines on the market.
