Vitamin D is a nutritional support to the skeletal system and works synergistically with calcium and phosphorus to enhance its absorption. Solaray uses cod liver oil as a natural source of vitamin D. Cod liver oil also provides vitamin A which supports healthy skin, bones, teeth and vision.
Composition
Virgin olive oil, gelatine and glycerine, water and sunflower oil, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Per 1 pearl:
Vitamin D3 (400 IU).....10 mcg (as calciferol).
Directions for use
Take 1 pearl a day, preferably with food.
