Sesderma Silkses moisturising skin protector 30 ml

Sesderma Silkses is a skin moisturiser indicated for treating hypertrophic scars, keloids, ulcers, burns and other dermatological traumas. It is made from silicones, vitamin A, C and E and extracts of certain plants such as aloe vera and mimosa. It acts as a moisturising barrier to speed up the skin regeneration process and also provides hydration in cases of post-peeling.

The silicone present in the product softens and whitens scars and keloids, inhibiting fibroblastic proliferation. Vitamin A stimulates collagen production, activates cell growth and epidermal turnover. Vitamins C and E, for their part, prevent oxidative damage thanks to their antioxidant action, thus accentuating skin regeneration.

In the case of aloe vera extract, it deeply cleanses the skin, unclogs pores and eliminates toxins. It has an astringent and antiseptic power that prevents the proliferation of bacteria. Mimosa extract, however, is widely known for its degenerative properties, and is even used to diminish blemishes, lighten stretch marks and scars and help slow down skin ageing.
