Apply a moisturiser or eye cream (non-oil based) to clean, dry skin and wait 1-2 minutes for it to be completely absorbed into the skin. Apply product in an amount about the size of a grain of rice on a finger; less will not be enough and more is usually too much and will not be fully absorbed into the skin, which may cause a white residue to appear. Gently apply the cream to the entire under-eye area and glide it from the inside to the outside. Remain expressionless for 2-3 minutes while the product dries for dramatic results. To remove, cleanse the area with water and pat dry.
