Apply generously and evenly before sun exposure. An insufficient amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Re-apply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or towelling.

No matter which protection factor you choose, 30 or 50, it is necessary to touch up your application at least every 2 hours.
