The recommended dose varies according to the weight and age of the patient:
Adults: take 1 sachet every 6 hours. If necessary, it could be taken every 4 hours. If this is not sufficient, 2 sachets can be taken every 4-6 hours as needed. The maximum amount of medicine that can be taken in 24 hours is 12 sachets divided into at least 6 doses .

In case of allergy, hypersensitivity or intolerance (contains fructose) to any of the components of this medicine. If you have asthma or cough with a largeamount of mucus and phlegm. In case of severe lung disease. If you are taking or have taken amonoamine oxidaseinhibitor ( MAOI)medicine for the previous 2 weeks . The other ingredients are: Povidone, sodium benzoate (E-211), anhydrous citric acid, strawberry flavouring (with corn starch and propylene glycol), sorbitol (E-420) 2.875 mg, aspartame (E-951) 35 mg and purified water.
